Krisis Pemain, Persib Ingin Pulangkan Indra Mustafa dari Timnas Indonesia U-19

Bola.com, Jakarta Persib Bandung melalui Mario Gomez, mengungkapkan tak akan mengizinkan dua pemain ke Timnas Indonesia. Tak hanya itu, Persib juga meminta Indra Mustafa yang sedang menjalani TC bersama Timnas Indonesia U-19 kembali ke Bandung.

Gomez mengakui Persib membutuhkan pemain untuk menghadapi Madura United pada 9 Oktober karena ada sejumlah pilar yang terkena sanksi, baik imbas duel Persib versus Persija, atau akumulasi pada laga sebelumnya.
Persib kehilangan Jonathan Bauman yang absen dua pertandingan lantaran akumulasi kartu dan sanksi dari Komdis PSSI, Bojan Malisic sanksi larangan empat pertandingan, Patrich Wanggai sanksi larangan tiga pertandingan, serta Ghozali Siregar dan Ardi Idrus akumulasi kartu. Selain itu, Ezechiel Ndouassel juga disanksi absen dalam liga pertandingan.

"Ya, begitu juga Indra Mustafa sudah pulang dari timnas U-19 karena kami tidak punya pemain bertahan dan memang karena tim adalah pilihan pertama," papar pelatih asal Argentina tersebut.
Timnas Indonesia U-19 memulai pemusatan latihan di Jakarta pada Rabu (3/10/2018), untuk persiapan menghadapi Piala AFC U-19 2018 yang digelar pada 18 Oktober-4 November di Jakarta.

Terpisah, manajer Persib, Umuh Muchtar mencium adanya rekayasa dibalik sanksi yang dikeluarkan Komisi Disiplin PSSI kepada timnya. Umuh anggap sanksi itu bertujuan untuk menjegal langkah Persib merengkuh juara di Gojek Liga 1 bersama Bukalapak.

"Sanksi ini sudah keluar dari aturan. Pemain bisa sampai lima tidak boleh bertanding, kenapa bisa? Bukannya dalam pertandingan ada wasit dan wasit cadangan? Sanksi ini rekayasa menurut saya," keluh Umuh di Stadion Si Jalak Harupat, Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung, Rabu (3/10/2018).

The attorneys and auditors of the Charitable Trusts Section investigate and bring legal actions against charities and fundraising professionals that misuse charitable assets or engage in fraudulent fundraising practices. The Registry of Charitable Trusts administers the statutory registration program. All charitable trustees and fundraising professionals are required to register and file annual financial disclosure reports with the Registry. In addition, nonprofit organizations that conduct raffles for charitable purposes are required to register and file an annual financial report.
The Attorney General also offers guidance to help Californians make important personal decisions on charitable giving. Charity Research Resources
The Registry Verification Search tool allows a registrant's public filings to be viewed and downloaded from the Registry database. These public filings include a copy of the federal annual informational return (IRS Forms 990, 990-PF, and 990-EZ) initial and renewal registration forms and data (e.g. Forms CT-1, RRF-1), other documents that organizations are required to file with this office, and incoming and outgoing Registry correspondence. Notice to Attorney General in Probate Matters
The Attorney General's Office must be given notice of any matter involving a gift to charity, assets held in charitable trust, disposition or gifts of assets to an unnamed charitable beneficiary or property that may escheat to the State of California.
