Pentolan Bobotoh: Sanksi Persib Sangat Zalim

Jakarta - Bobotoh, sebutan suporter Persib Bandung, menilai sejumlah sanksi yang diberikan Komisi Disiplin (Komdis) PSSI kepada klub kebanggaan mereka tersebut tidak adil.

"Sanksi pemindahan pertandingan kandang maupun tanpa penonton hingga akhir musim adalah sesuatu yang zalim bagi Persib serta Bobotoh pada umumnya," kata pentolan Flowers City Casual (FCC) Rizky Maulana di Bandung, Rabu (3/10/2018).
Menurutnya, sanksi yang diberikan kepada Persib, khususnya pemindahan laga kandang dan larangan ditonton suporter, bukan hal yang tepat. Sebab, hal seperti itu dipandang tidak membuat efek jera.

"Sanksi seperti ini hanya pengulangan sanksi yang sama di masa lalu dan terbukti sama sekali tidak mengurangi tindak kekerasan atas nama rivalitas," ujar Rizky.

Seharusnya, kata dia, pihak-pihak terkait merancang regulasi yang lebih ketat agar suporter bisa tertib, baik di dalam maupun luar stadion. PSSI jangan berkutat hanya pada pemberian sanksi.

"Yang harus diselesaikan segera itu bukanlah memberikan sanksi, tapi merancang regulasi agar suporter sepak bola tertib, termasuk bagaimana seharusnya pihak keamanan melakukan tugasnya di stadion," ucap Rizky.
Merugikan Persib
Senada dengan Rizky, Ketua Bobotoh Maung Bandung Bersatu (Bomber), Asep Abdul, juga memandang sanksi yang dijatuhkan terlalu berat dan merugikan timnya. "Sanksi ini terlalu berat dan tidak adil. Ini bukan efek jera," ujar Asep.

Dia menyesalkan kenapa saat ini Komdis PSSI begitu garang dalam memberikan sanksi kepada Persib. Sementara, sebelumnya terdapat banyak kasus kekerasan suporter yang sanksinya lebih ringan. Bahkan, ada beberapa kasus yang tidak mendapatkan sanksi.

"Kalau (sanksi untuk Persib sekarang) seperti ini, kenapa kejadian sebelumnya (di berbagai daerah) tidak mendapatkan sanksi seperti ini," imbuh Asep.

Hukuman yang dijatuhkan kepada Persib terkait tewasnya suporter Persija Jakarta, Haringga Sirla, di Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api, 23 September 2018. Atas sanksi tersebut, manajemen Persib akan mempertimbangkan untuk mengajukan banding kepada Komdis PSSI.

Persib berpendapat semua butir hukuman yang dijatuhkan Komdis kepada mereka tidak menimbang seluruh fakta di lapangan. Dan, sama sekali tidak mencerminkan keadilan dan tidak memberikan solusi atas akar permasalahan yang ada.

The Registry of Charitable Trusts administers the statutory registration program. All charitable trustees and fundraising professionals are required to register and file annual financial disclosure reports with the Registry. In addition, nonprofit organizations that conduct raffles for charitable purposes are required to register and file an annual financial report.
The Attorney General also offers guidance to help Californians make important personal decisions on charitable giving. Notice to Attorney General in Probate Matters
The Attorney General's Office must be given notice of any matter involving a gift to charity, assets held in charitable trust, disposition or gifts of assets to an unnamed charitable beneficiary or property that may escheat to the State of California.
